Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Sell product and place customer orders in computer system
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Upsell products and services
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
- Complete call logs and reports
- Research billing issues
- Research misapplied payments
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
- A clear, distinct, professional speaking voice

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for HTML cut-up and lay-in of content.
- Develops new web sites and maintains and updates ongoing web content.
- Works to include graphics for appropriate navigation, image maps, animated GIFs, rollovers using various imaging tools & styles and flash introduction pages and content.
- 2+ years in a web-focused front-end development
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks/Flash, Flash Action Scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of java-script and .NET Framework is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS, Ajax skills an added advantage
- Knowledge of web design using both table and table-less (CSS2) layouts is a plus
- Knowledge with the latest W3C standards Web 2.0 website implementation an added plus
- Must be willing to work in Commonwealth Quezon City
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining database driven internet applications. Primary focus will be implementing projects within given specifications.
- Identifies ways to improve usability of website and develop technical solutions
- Drafts both Functional and Technical Specifications documents using RUP / UML standards
- Manages and works closely with off-shore programmers on broad range of projects
- Administers various servers, including Linux, Windows 2000, and Windows 2003 servers
- Maintains several database servers, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL servers
- Must be a graduate of computer related course
- Able to demonstrate an accomplished background by providing online samples of their commercial/professional work
- 3+ years of experience designing and programming web application on a high-traffic web site
- 2+ years of advanced knowledge in Windows 2000/2003 server systems
- 2+ years experience in administering Linux servers
- 3+ years experience administering MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MS SQL database servers
- Expert knowledge of all forms of hypertext markup language (HTML) coding
- 3+ years advanced knowledge in web programming using PHP, Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, DHTML and ASP
- 2+ years experience in developing web applications using .NET Framework and Visual Studio .NET
- (C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET/VC++.NET), XML and XSL transformation desirable
- Experience object oriented aspects such as class creation, interface implementation and ActiveX components and other new technologies and languages
- Proficiency with MS SQL is a must. Ability to write complex and efficient Stored Procedures, triggers and DTS packages is required
- Additionally, experience with Microsoft Commerce Server and Windows Scripting Host is a plus
- Experience with Transaction Server, Message Queue Server, IIS, Apache Web Server, Administration and tuning
- Working knowledge of Visual Source Safe a plus
- Relational Database Design / Erwin / Visio Data Modeler
- UML Software Architecture and Design
- Strong communication skills and the ability to easily follow directions and work well independently and in teams
- Helpful: Development certifications (i.e. MCSD / MCSA)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Highly-skilled application developer who excel in C#, VB.NET and general web programming. Must have a total of at least 5 years overall I.T. development experience
- Highly analytic and could work on a project as solo or with a team
- Could work on existing legacy applications with minimum supervision
- Must have at least 3 years solid experience in VB.NET and/or C# programming
- Must be an expert in classic Active Server Pages (ASP), HTML, CSS, DOM, XML, JavaScript and VBScript
- E-Commerce development experience utilizing any of the following payment gateways: Verisign's PayFlow, Authorized.NET, LinkPoint, SecurePay, PayPal or WorldPay is good to have
- MS SQL Server 7.0/2000/2005 T-SQL programming and administration experience is required
- Development experience using Visual Studio.NET 2003/2005 is required
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule
- Can work on huge projects and has the ability to deliver these projects on time or within a short timeframe
- Has a good attitude and can communicate well in English (spoken and written)
- Can manage a team of web developers to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Most communications will be done directly with the client when hired
- Certifications are good to have, but candidates will be rated based on hands-on and written exams. The salary package offered are also based on both the hands-on exam and overall development experience
