CTI currently operates a 320 seat call center with capacity for an additional 100 seats at the current location.

Calls

CTI can handle 1,000 concurrent calls.

Redundancy IPLC

CTI currently has Multiple IPLCS from two different carriers for full redundancies 9). Existing center utilization is 16 mega-bytes with a further 8 mega-bytes of free bandwidth.

Switches

CTI has Multiple Cisco switches. Existing center utilization about 60% of the total ports available.

Routers

• 6x7206 Cisco routers
• 6x3600 Cisco routers
• 6x5300 Cisco routers

PBX

• Avaya A8700 media Gateway full redundant server with a maximum capacity of 1000 concurrent calls.
• 7 CDS fully redundant Softphone PBX, each can handle 200 concurrent calls per server.

Security

• Firewalls & Anti-Virus Software.
• 2 Junpier Secure services Gateway.
• Each PC and Server has TrendMicro Enterprise Edition Anti-Virus software installed.

Reliability

Automatic data Back-Up All data is backed-up on a daily basis automatically onsite and offsite to insure full recovery in case of failure.
